PhageMaP datasets for the manuscript "Systematic, high-throughput characterization of bacteriophage gene essentiality on diverse hosts". phagemap_processed.zip contains the barcode counts and mapping for pre- and post-selection libraries. Dataset is separated by phage (T7, T4, or Bas63). Within each subfolder, csv files are separated by condition and replicate. phagemap_scores.zip contains fitness score measurements (both individual replicates and composite) and normalization.
