The purpose of this RNA-seq analysis is to determine if peri-nuclear expression of the Nb80 nanobody or ICL3-9 pepducin affects gene expression in cutlured adult cardiomyocytes Comparison of RNA-seq datasets for adenovirus-transduced cultured adult cardiomyocytes expressing either peri-nuclear localized Nb80, ICL3-9, or control mCherry-nesprin fusion proteins in the absence or presence of acute norepineprhine stimulation. Experiment was performed using 3 different primary cardiomyocyte preparations.
