资源简介:
Inulin, recognized as a prebiotic, exerts beneficial effects on the health of humans and mice by modulating gut microbiota and its metabolites. The degree of polymerization (DP) of inulin significantly influences its prebiotic efficacy. In this study, we applied high-throughput sequencing analysis of the 16s rRNA gene to determine the effects of inulin with different polymerization on the gut microbiota of mice.
