This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing customer demand and consumption-related data for kitchen and bathroom lamps in the Suzhou region, with the objectives of understanding customers' purchasing power, consumption preferences, and the market popularity of such products, thereby providing a reference for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies. For instance, high-tier enterprises may be contacted 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, to better deliver personalized products and services to end users.
The dataset construction process includes four main steps:
1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' demand for kitchen and bathroom lamps.
2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to enable subsequent analytical operations.
3. Algorithm-driven Demand Analysis: Perform demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the following formula:
