本发明利用单形重心混料试验设计,考察4种不同轻型基质(泥炭土、珍珠岩、杉木皮和稻谷壳)不同配比对杉木三代种子园优良实生幼苗生长的影响,并以黄心土基质作为对照。生长一年后,根据生长调查数据,筛选出适合杉木三代种子园优良实生幼苗生长的轻型基质配方。结果表明该轻型基质配方对1年生杉木三代种子园优良实生容器苗生长具有明显的促进作用,显著增加其苗高和地径,同时能促进根系发育,且基质生产成本低,可用于杉木三代种子园优良实生苗的规模化生产,具有广阔的应用前景。

This invention utilizes the simplex-centroid mixture design to examine the effects of varying proportions of four lightweight substrates (peat soil, perlite, Chinese fir bark, and rice husk) on the growth of elite seed-propagated seedlings from the third-generation Chinese fir seed orchard, with yellow subsoil as the control group. After one growing season, the optimal lightweight substrate formula suitable for the growth of these elite seedlings was screened out based on the growth survey data. The results demonstrated that this lightweight substrate formula significantly promoted the growth of one-year-old elite container seedlings from the third-generation Chinese fir seed orchard, markedly increasing their seedling height and collar diameter, while also enhancing root development. Additionally, the substrate has low production costs, making it applicable for large-scale production of elite seed-propagated seedlings from the third-generation Chinese fir seed orchard, and exhibiting broad application prospects.
