3T3 specific predictions

Predicted R-loops specifically detected in 3T3 and E14 were generated by selecting genome bins that were assigned probabilities ≥ 0.9 when applied one cell line model and ≤ 0.1 when applied the other.在3T3与E14细胞中特异性检出的预测R环（R-loops），其生成方法为筛选符合下述条件的基因组分箱：当采用某一细胞系模型进行预测时，该分箱的概率赋值≥0.9；而采用另一细胞系模型预测时，该分箱的概率赋值≤0.1。
