JHS 167 Use of negotiation procedures for ICT procurement

This Recommendation provides guidance on the selection of procurement procedures, when tendering for IT procurements. The guideline focuses on examining the possibilities of using the negotiated procedure and the competitive dialogue. In this review, ICT procurement includes acquisitions of information systems, equipment, software and related expert and maintenance services.
