Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Area of presumption of archaeological requirements, in Eure-et-Loir (28)

Pursuant to Article L. 522-5 of the Heritage Code and Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No 2004-490 of 3 June 2004 on administrative and financial procedures relating to preventive archaeology: ‘Areas of presumptive archaeological requirements’, in which development operations affecting the subsoil are presumed to be subject to archaeological requirements prior to their implementation, are carried over to a medium-scale cartographic background (Scan25) or large scale (cadastre) which is annexed to the prefectural zoning decree. This by-law may concern all or part of the territory of a municipality. For the same municipality, if more than one area is created, it is possible to make a global order or an order for each area (in particular in the case of amending decrees following archaeological discovery).

根据《遗产法典》第L.522-5条，以及2004年6月3日发布的第2004-490号政令中有关预防性考古（preventive archaeology）行政与财务程序的第4条、第5条，**考古预设需求区域（Areas of presumptive archaeological requirements）**——即凡对地下产生影响的开发作业，在实施前均被推定需符合考古相关要求的区域——被纳入中型比例尺制图基底（Scan25）或大型比例尺制图基底（地籍簿（cadastre）），并作为附件附于省级区划政令之后。本政令可适用于单个市镇的全部或部分管辖范围。针对同一市镇，若划定多个此类区域，既可发布整体性管理政令，也可针对各区域单独发布政令（例如在考古发现后修订相关政令的场景中）。
