Characterization of Natural Killer Cell Sensitivity of Circulating Tumor Cells in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer using Bulk RNA-sequencing

To investigate whether circulating tumor cells exhibit NK sensitive gene expression profiles, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing on NK sensitive and NK resisitant cell lines, including two in-house derived CTC lines.
