驿站停车管理数据主要包括车辆ID、经度、纬度、驿站的名称,经纬度范围等数据,通过以上数据可分析整个城市的驿站的停车情况,完善好停车设施建设布局;帮助公司更直观地了解共享单车驿站的情况,进行合理的车辆调度。避免使用者跑空和方便归还。由中控系统上报共享单车的实时位置,根据单车的经纬度位置数据,和驿站的经纬度范围,对采集到的数据进行清洗、去重、格式转换等处理,使用聚类算法(DBSCAN)对单车的位置数据进行聚类,然后统计每个驿站中停发单车的数量。计算在驿站中停放的共享单车数量与该驿站内可停放车辆的额定数量的占比,停车率=已停车辆/停车额定数,帮助了解驿站的停车情况,根据占比计算做好车辆的调度,方便客户用车还车。
The station parking management data mainly includes vehicle ID, longitude, latitude, station name, longitude-latitude range and other related data. With this data, the parking status of bike-sharing stations across the entire city can be analyzed, which supports the optimization of parking facility construction and layout; helps companies intuitively grasp the operational status of bike-sharing stations, carry out rational vehicle dispatching, avoid users from making wasted trips, and facilitate bike returns.
Real-time locations of shared bikes are reported by the central control system. Based on the longitude and latitude data of the bikes and the longitude-latitude ranges of the stations, the collected data is processed through operations such as data cleaning, deduplication and format conversion. The DBSCAN clustering algorithm is used to cluster the location data of the bikes, and then the number of bikes dispatched and parked at each station is counted.
Calculate the ratio of the number of shared bikes parked at the station to the rated parking capacity of the station, which is defined as parking rate = number of parked vehicles / rated parking capacity. This helps to understand the parking status of the station, and conduct targeted vehicle dispatching based on the calculated ratio to facilitate customers' bike pickup and return.
