Dataset of patients' clinical efficacy in treatment of anti-tumor drug-related hand foot syndrome

We ordered to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Danggui Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of anti-tumor drug-related hand-foot syndrome and its effect on quality of life and immune function. A total of 60 cancer patients in Changzhou Wujin traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were collected, these patients have had hand-foot syndrome after receiving capecitabine or capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin. We adopted a randomized and controlled design to divide patients into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Danggui Guizhi Decoction, and the control group was given urea cream. The WHO classification of HFS, TCM symptom scores, Skinder-16 quality of life scores, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.The attached Excel data file includes two sheets. “Treatment Group” sheet: General data, WHO classification of HFS,Skinder-16 score and T lymphocyte of paitents in the treatment group. “Control Group” sheet: General data, WHO classification of HFS,Skinder-16 score and T lymphocyte of paitents in the control group.

本研究旨在观察加味独活寄生汤（modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction）合当归桂枝汤（Danggui Guizhi Decoction）治疗抗肿瘤药物相关性手足综合征的临床疗效，及其对患者生活质量与免疫功能的影响。本研究共纳入2018年1月至2021年6月常州市武进中医医院的60例癌症患者，所有患者均在接受卡培他滨（capecitabine）或卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂（oxaliplatin）治疗后出现手足综合征。本研究采用随机对照设计将入组患者分为治疗组与对照组：治疗组予以加味独活寄生汤合当归桂枝汤干预，对照组予以尿素乳膏外涂治疗。分别于治疗前后对两组患者的WHO手足综合征分级（WHO classification of HFS）、中医症状评分、Skinder-16生活质量评分以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平与CD4+/CD8+比值进行观察评估。本次研究所附Excel数据文件包含两个工作表，其中"治疗组"工作表涵盖治疗组患者的一般资料、WHO手足综合征分级、Skinder-16评分及T淋巴细胞相关指标；"对照组"工作表涵盖对照组患者的一般资料、WHO手足综合征分级、Skinder-16评分及T淋巴细胞相关指标。
