INPUT DATAThe file "01mammal_100tree.trees" contains a set of 100 random phylogenetic trees used in the analyses.The file "01SpeciesLevel.csv" contains species-level data of 56 mammal species used in the analyses. The dataset contains only species with more than five historical records, for which we have complete data on the magnitude of range contraction in protected areas per species.The file "02SpeciesLevelNew.csv" contains species-level data of all 82 mammal species used in the analyses.The file "03SiteLevel.csv" contains location-level data used in the analyses.4.
