Study of satisfaction of users of Family Support Centers (CAF)

The purpose of this survey is to know the degree of satisfaction and receive the suggestions of the users of the Family Support Centers (CAF). Family Support Centers are specialized centers where families are offered support to face the difficulties that arise in the performance of their parental functions and to prevent and help resolve situations of crisis or family conflict. Training activities are also carried out for families and community participation is encouraged. They offer their services to all families in the municipality of Madrid. The scope of intervention is family relations from a community, interdisciplinary and integral perspective. To this end, family care services are provided and community-based actions are carried out: Family Care Services: Social orientation. Legal advice. Psychological care in the face of difficulties in the field of family relations. Attention and prevention of relationships of violence in the family. Family mediation. Relationship space for families with children from 0 to 6 years old. Community services and actions: Training for families. Community participation. Information to families and professionals. The perception is measured annually with the family care services and with the training service.

本调研旨在了解家庭支持中心（Family Support Centers，简称CAF）的使用者的满意程度，并收集其相关建议。家庭支持中心是为家庭提供帮扶的专业机构，旨在协助家庭应对履行育儿职责过程中遇到的各类困难，并预防和协助解决家庭危机或家庭冲突事件。中心同时面向家庭开展培训活动，并鼓励社区参与。该中心面向马德里市所有家庭提供服务，其服务介入范畴围绕家庭关系展开，秉持社区化、跨学科与整体性的视角。
为此，中心提供家庭照护服务并开展社区相关行动，具体包括：
家庭照护服务：社会适配指导、法律咨询、针对家庭关系领域困难的心理疏导、家庭暴力关系的干预与预防、家庭调解、为0至6岁儿童家庭设置的亲子互动空间。
社区服务与行动：家庭培训、社区参与、向家庭及专业从业者提供信息资讯。
该中心每年通过家庭照护服务与培训服务两个渠道，对服务对象的满意度感知进行调研评估。
