This dataset contains 16S rRNA sequence data of Miscanthus rhizosphere and bulk soil samples from 26 abandoned mines in China. The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the differences in the structure of the rhizosphere bacterial community and the assembly process of Miscanthus with different genotypes.
