Small Agricultural Areas (SRA)
Agricultural and small agricultural regions were defined at the end of the Second World War (decided in 1946 and redesigned in 1949, since no fundamental revision has taken place) to highlight homogeneous agricultural areas.
The Agricultural Region (RA) covers an entire number of municipalities forming a homogeneous agricultural area.
The Petite Agricole Region (PRA) consists of the intersection of the department and the RA.
The last update was in 1981.

This zoning has been and is still used for agricultural censuses, as well as by the statistical department of the Ministry of Agriculture for carrying out certain sample surveys. The State refers to it, inter alia, for compensation for damage caused by agricultural disasters.
However, technological change, the processes of specialisation and redistribution of activities, make it sometimes difficult today to recognise the validity of the 1946 boundaries.

小型农业区域（Small Agricultural Areas, SRA）
农业区域与小型农业区域于第二次世界大战末期完成划定（1946年敲定方案，1949年进行修订，此后未进行根本性调整），旨在凸显同质性农业区域。
农业区域（Agricultural Region, RA）由若干个构成同质性农业区域的完整市镇组成。
小型农业区域（Petite Agricole Region, PRA）为省域与农业区域（RA）的交集范围。
最后一次更新时间为1981年。

该分区体系过去与当前均应用于农业普查工作，同时法国农业部统计司也借助其开展部分抽样调查。除此之外，国家层面还将其用于农业灾害损失赔付等相关事务。
然而，随着技术变革、专业化进程以及产业活动再分配的推进，如今已难以确保1946年划定的分区边界依然具备合理性。
