Dataset for: Gender Differences in Artificial Intelligence Device Acceptance and Measurement Invariance in Higher Education This repository contains the anonymized dataset used in the study Gender Differences in Artificial Intelligence Device Acceptance and Measurement Invariance in Higher Education. The dataset originates from a previously collected survey conducted among university students in Lima, Peru, and is shared to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research. The original survey was administered between August and November 2025 using an anonymous online questionnaire. After data screening, 517 valid responses from adult university students were retained for analysis. The dataset contains no personally identifiable information, and all direct and indirect identifiers were removed before publication. The variables included in this repository correspond to: Anthropomorphism (AN) Perceived Risk (PR) Perceived Value (PV) Performance Expectancy (PEX) Perceived Effort Expectancy (PEE) Anxiety (ANX) Stress (ST) Trust (TR) Willingness to Accept the Use of AI Devices (WA) All questionnaire items were measured using a five-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly disagree to 5 = Strongly agree).
