This dataset contains raw data contributing to the publication 'Increasing brain half-life of antibodies by additional binding to myelin-oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, a CNS specific protein'. This publication is about the discovery of VHHs binding to mouse, human, and cynomolgus myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG), a CNS specific protein. When fused to antibodies shuttling the BBB through receptor mediated transcytosis, those anti-MOG VHHs decrease brain efflux of the fused antibodies leading to a dramatically increased brain half-life and a prolonged therapeutic effect of the fused antibodies.
