资源简介：
针对传统的基于站点数据的空间插值方法中，地形复杂地区的站点代表性较差以及站点的空间分布差异性的问题，利用NCEP/NCAR全球气候再分析资料雄安新区区域气候要素数据及MODISNDVI和DEM数据，将分辨率较低的NCEP/NCAR气候要素数据降尺度到1km分辨率，得到雄安新区1km栅格逐年平均降雨量数据集，数据集时间为2008年。
Aiming at the problems of poor representativeness of meteorological stations in complex terrain areas and spatial distribution heterogeneity of stations in traditional spatial interpolation methods based on station observation data, this study downscaled the low-resolution regional climate factor data of the Xiong'an New Area extracted from NCEP/NCAR global climate reanalysis data, combined with MODIS NDVI and DEM data, to 1 km resolution. The resulting dataset is the 1 km grid annual average rainfall dataset of the Xiong'an New Area, with a temporal coverage of 2008.
