RNA-Seq Analysis of MC38 Cells Exposed to Young vs. Aged Mouse Serum-Derived Extracellular Vesicles

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) mediate intercellular communication and are implicated in aging-related pathologies. This study investigates how serum EVs from young (2-month-old) and aged (18-month-old) C57BL/6J mice differentially modulate the transcriptome of MC38 colon adenocarcinoma cells, aiming to identify EV-driven age-associated molecular signatures in tumor-microenvironment interactions.
