This part is for the construction of our composite part (BBa_25AT6YR4) as a coding sequence of fluorescent protein, whose fluorescence wavelength changes over time (Subach et al., 2009) . It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al., 2025) .
