2017-2020年中国湖泊微生物多样性调查附着细菌样品采集数据集

本数据集针对全国256个湖泊，覆盖了五大湖区，包括：东部平原湖区、云贵高原湖区、东北平原与山地湖区、蒙新高原湖区以及青藏高原湖区，收集了2017-2020年全国五大区域湖泊附着细菌多样性调查样品采集基本信息，数据以湖泊为单元，共1318条数据记录。数据文件为Excel表格文件，数据量107 KB。该数据集主要通过对调查样点样品采集基本信息的规范化整理、分析综合而成，该数据集完全开放共享。

This dataset covers 256 lakes across China, spanning five major lake regions: the Eastern Plain Lake Region, Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau Lake Region, Northeast Plain and Mountainous Area Lake Region, Inner Mongolia-Xinjiang Plateau Lake Region, and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Lake Region. It compiles basic sample collection information from surveys on epiphytic bacterial diversity in lakes across these five regions during 2017–2020. The data is organized on a per-lake basis, with a total of 1318 data records. The dataset is stored as an Excel spreadsheet with a file size of 107 KB. This dataset was primarily developed through standardized curation and comprehensive analysis of basic sample collection information from the survey sampling sites, and it is fully open and shared.
