Sequencing of matched cfDNA samples prepared with ssDNA or dsDNA library prep and enzymatic methyl conversion

Library preparation methods that use dsDNA as input, typically employ some kind of end repair. We found that this can lead to a loss of methylated CpG sites within regions that experienced end repair. In this study we use cfDNA as input and explore the effects of that methylation loss through fragmentomics and a tissue of origin analysis.
