In this study, both adult females and males of R. clavigera were chronically exposed to TBT or TPT for 120 days, and they were collected for analysing the transcriptome in the three different tissue types on Day 30 and Day 120 of the exposure. Differentially expression analysis and GO/KEGG enrichment analysis were performed to reveal the underlying organotin-associated imposex mechanism.
