Nitrogen fixers associated to Posidonia oceanica Raw sequence reads

Posidonia oceanica is the dominant seagrass in the Mediterranean Sea, playing numerous important ecological services. It has been previously shown that nitrogen fixation occurs in the different parts of the plant, and can be exported to the surrounding nitrogen limited Mediterranean Sea. However, information on the nitrogen fixers associated to P. oceanica is very scarce. To contribute to our knowledge on P. oceanica holobiont, we sequenced nitrogen fixers from different plant parts over a seasonal cycle in the Mediterranean sea.
