NTF (National Future Vision Bicycle) contains all projects that road managers (in principle exclusively those within MRDH) have put forward as a task that needs to be addressed in order to achieve an attractive and secure bicycle network, including bicycle parking tasks.国家未来愿景自行车计划（National Future Vision Bicycle，简称NTF）涵盖道路管理者（原则上仅限MRDH辖内人员）为构建兼具吸引力与安全性的自行车网络而提出的各项需解决任务相关项目，其中亦包含自行车停放相关任务。
