该数据包含历年来东莞市药品零售企业申请经（核准、核减）营罂粟壳的审批办件结果公示信息，针对东莞市政务服务办件结果工作，收集在办件过程中，系统分配的唯一办件编号和办理时间和结果，并根据《广东政务服务网办件过程数据采集规范》规则进行数据清洗整理，若需使用到此类办件数据的明细数据，以各单位挂接为准。

This dataset contains publicized information on the approval and case-handling results for applications filed by pharmaceutical retail enterprises in Dongguan over the years. These applications seek either approval to operate opium poppy shells or revocation of their operating permits for such activities. In line with the case-handling result management work of the Dongguan Municipal Government Service, the unique case-handling number, handling timestamp and final result assigned by the system during the case-handling process are collected. The collected data is then cleaned and standardized in accordance with the rules specified in the *Data Collection Specification for Case-handling Process of Guangdong Government Service Network*. If detailed data of such case-handling records is required, it shall be subject to the attachments provided by the relevant units.
