In 22 departments, the regulations (Article L 424-5 of the Environmental Code) have endorsed traditional practices for hunting water game. Such hunting may be carried out at night from fixed posts such as huts, huts, tons or gabions if they existed on 1 January 2000 and have been declared to the prefect under conditions laid down by the regulations.The prefect shall issue a post number.The declaration procedure, in accordance with Article R. 424-17 of the same Code, provides that the declaration shall be accompanied “by a description of the fixed post, together with the cadastral designation of the land where the fixed post is located or its location on the public domain”.在22个省份范围内，依据《环境法典》（Environmental Code）第L 424-5条的规定，官方认可了水禽狩猎的传统作业方式。此类狩猎可依托固定点位（fixed posts）于夜间开展，作业点位包括狩猎棚、隐蔽棚、土墩或石笼筐，且该类点位需于2000年1月1日已存在，并已按照法规要求向省长申报。省长将为该类点位核发专属编号。依据上述法典第R 424-17条规定的申报流程，申报时需附带固定点位的详细说明，以及该点位所在土地的地籍标识（cadastral designation），或其在公共领地（public domain）中的具体位置。
