UniTmp

UniTmp is a unified platform that merges TOPDB, TOPDOM, PDBTM and HTP databases and provides interoperability between the incorporated resources. The current update contains 9,235 membrane-embedded structures, 9,088 sequences with 536,035 topology-annotated segments, and 8,692 conservatively localized protein domains or motifs as well as 5,466 annotated human transmembrane proteins.

UniTmp是一款整合了TOPDB、TOPDOM、PDBTM及HTP数据库的统一平台，可为所纳入的各类资源提供互操作能力。当前更新版本包含9235个膜嵌入结构、9088条序列，对应536035个拓扑注释区段，另有8692个保守定位的蛋白质结构域或基序，以及5466个经注释的人类跨膜蛋白。
