Building on prior Hoxa1 ChIP in mouse ES cells, both undifferentiated and 24-hour RA induced, we add Hoxb1 and Drosophila Labial (ancestral Hoxa1/b1 gene) in RA induced cells. A1, B1, Labial binding profiles are compared to understand how functional differences between Hoxa1 and Hoxb1 arose after duplication.
