To explore the internal mechanism of multidrug resistance (MDR) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), RNA-seq analyses were performed in CAL27 and CAL27-MDR cells, CAL27 as the control group without treatment of drugs. To establish CAL27 MDR cells, CDDP and 5-FU at the concentration of IC 50 initially treated CAL27 cells, and then with gradually increased concentration in the next cell passages.
