PEDAGOGICAL CREATIVITY AS A KEY FACTOR IN ORGANIZING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

This article analyzes the role of pedagogical creativity as a fundamental factor in organizing the educational process on a deep scientific basis. It also covers its theoretical and methodological foundations, practical application mechanisms and performance indicators. The study comprehensively analyzes the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of pedagogical creativity, its inextricable link with the teacher's professional competencies, the integration of innovative educational technologies and the factors of forming a creative environment. It also substantiates the importance of a creative approach in the modern education system, its role in the development of students' motivation for learning, independent thinking and competencies based on scientific evidence. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations for the development of pedagogical creativity are developed.
