Epigenetic Clock Coefficients is an Excel file that contains two sheets. One sheet contains the coefficients for predicting the age of 26 species of bats from DNA methylation values obtained from DNA extracted from wing punches and then profiled using an Illumina mammalian methylation array. The other sheet contains coefficients for predicting the age of Eptesicus fuscus only. The array design is available from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) at NCBI as platform GPL28271. EFpredDNAm is an Excel file that contains the ages of each animal in the study and epigenetic predictions using a clock trained only on big brown bats (EF) or on 26 species of bats (AllBats). This file also contains the accession numbers for each sample in the NCBI series GSE164127, the location on the array, the identity of each animal and the dates they were sampled.
