Optical density of <i>S. aureus</i> samples incubated with the supernatant from <i>P. acnes </i>cultures. <i>P. acnes</i> was cultured in Luria broth medium in the absence ( n = 5) or in the presence ( n = 5) of glycerol for five days. Subsequently, the cultures were centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 30 minutes and the supernatant was used as the medium to culture <i>S. aureus</i> in various concentrations. Here either with 6.25 % supernatant or 100% supernatant.

本数据集为经痤疮丙酸杆菌(*P. acnes*)培养液上清孵育的金黄色葡萄球菌(*S. aureus*)样本的光密度(optical density)数据。痤疮丙酸杆菌(*P. acnes*)分别在不含甘油(n=5)或含甘油(n=5)的LB培养基(Luria broth)中培养5天。随后将培养液以5000转每分钟(rpm)的转速离心30分钟,收集上清液,以此配制培养基培养不同浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌(*S. aureus*),实验组分别设置为6.25%上清液组与100%上清液组。
