B-Plan 6-086c 3. Change Sauergarten (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 6-086c entered into force on 30 January 1998. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗莱堡市符合欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划。编号为6-086c的开发规划于1998年1月30日正式生效。 开发规划承载着城市规划秩序中具备法律约束力的固定细则，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则规范了建设活动的选址、建设类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。 本次规划数据采用INSPIRE公共土地利用（INSPIRE-PLU）数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间联盟Web地图服务（OGC:WMS）以及预定义ATOM数据源获取。
