CYP450 - Organotypic gingival - CHTP1.2 - raw

This study reports a comparative assessment of the biological impact of a heated tobacco aerosol from the Carbon-Heated Tobacco Product (CHTP) 1.2, and smoke from a combustible 3R4F cigarette on human organotypic gingival epithelium tissue exposed at the air-liquid interface. Cyp1a1/1b1 activity was measured in order to estimate xenobiotic metabolism induced by exposure. This dataset reports single measurements for each tissue insert.
