TGF-β3 increases the severity of radiation-induced oral mucositis and salivary gland fibrosis in a mouse model

This is a collection of results from a preclinical trial investigating the effects of TGF-B3 treatment on healthy tissue radiotoxicity in C57BL/6 mice after fractionated head and neck radiotherapy. Survival, body weight, oral mucositis, lip dermatitis, saliva volume, and salivary gland collagen deposition were monitored. This data set is used in the manuscript "TGF-β3 increases the severity of radiation-induced oral mucositis and salivary gland fibrosis in a mouse model".
