This publication is the 30th edition of the National Hurricane Operations Plan (NHOP). It is a compilation of the procedures and agreements reached at the 46th Interdepartmental Hurricane Conference (IHC), which was held at the United States Air Force Conference Center, Homestead Air Force Base, Florida, January 14-17, 1992. Details of the conference can be found in the minutes published by this office.
