NTIRE21_decompression_track1

The challenge employs a novel dataset containing diverse videos and includes three tracks: Track 1: Fixed QP, Fidelity Track 2: Fixed QP, Perceptual Quality Track 3: Fixed Bitrate, Fidelity The objective is to develop network designs or solutions that can produce high-quality results with optimal perceptual quality and/or fidelity relative to the reference ground truth.
