FedLoRA-AD: Extended Technical Appendix and Reproducibility Package

Supplementary material and reproducibility artifacts for the manuscript “Federated Adaptation of ECG Foundation Models: Efficient Same-Lead Collaboration and Privileged Cross-Lead Transfer in Paired Archives”. The package includes the V9 manuscript (12 pages) and concise supplement (2 pages) with author-contributions and funding statements, the extended technical appendix, manuscript sources, derived result JSON files, experiment logs, code, and figure-generation scripts. No raw patient-level ECG records are distributed. Main CODE-15 inference uses patient-grouped splits with all exams retained. Exploratory first-exam artifacts are isolated from inferential results and are not used for deduplication claims or retention ratios. E76 is excluded because model selection used the test set. The manuscript uses an empirical same-lead federated reference rather than a numerical information-theoretic ceiling.
