径向冲击试验是通过模拟汽车过凹坑或凸起障碍物时车轮所受的冲击受力状态,将之转化为一种车轮台架试验。将车轮和轮胎总成安装在类似汽车悬架的支架上,将一定重量的重锤提升到冲击高度,释放重锤对车轮轮毂进行径向冲击测试。 本数据主要用于监测本公司车轮轮毂是否形变及裂纹情况,通过检测数据,可以判断车轮轮毂所能承受的冲击能量,设置大能量冲击是为了保证车辆行使中,车轮遇到大能量撞击后,不会因轮毂断裂到这汽车失控,进一步的保证了驾驶者和乘客在行使过程中的安全问题。1.数据来源:本项目检测的轮毂均来自本公司内部生产的产品;2.数据检测:样品经过处理后,根据GB/T 38183-2019进行径向冲击试验,得出数据;3.数据判定:轮毂冲击能量的计算,E=Kn*F(不同情况下n的数值不同所取得K的值也不同)。E为样品测试收的冲击能量数值,单位为J;K为系数,通常有K1=0.4,K2=1.15,K3=4.3,单位为J/kg;F则为轮毂生产厂规定的最大静负荷,单位为Kg;通过测试得出E值,在通过测量轮毂轮缘变形量,若第三次形变量大于等于0.25mm且小于0.45mm,则该轮毂为优秀轮毂 ,判定为一级市场;若第三次形变量大于等于0.45mm且小于0.75mm,则该轮毂为一般轮毂,判定为二级市场;若第三次形变量大于等于0.75mm且小于1mm,则该轮毂为合格轮毂,判定为三级市场;若第三次形变量大于1mm则该轮毂为不合格轮毂,判定为报废。4.通过测试所得数据分析判别,可以判断轮毂是否符合GB/T 38183-2019的标准,给消费者提供数据参考。

Radial impact test is a wheel bench test that simulates the impact stress state of wheels when a vehicle passes over potholes or raised obstacles. The wheel and tire assembly is mounted on a bracket similar to an automobile suspension, and a drop weight of specified mass is lifted to a predefined impact height, then released to perform radial impact testing on the wheel hub. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the deformation and crack conditions of our company's wheel hubs. Based on the test data, the impact energy that the wheel hub can withstand can be evaluated. Setting high-energy impacts is intended to ensure that when the vehicle encounters a high-energy collision during driving, the hub will not fracture and cause the vehicle to lose control, thereby further ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers during driving. 1. Data source: All hubs tested in this project are products internally produced by our company. 2. Data detection: After sample preparation, the radial impact test is conducted in accordance with GB/T 38183-2019 to obtain the test data. 3. Data judgment: The impact energy of the hub is calculated using the formula E = Kₙ * F, where the value of K varies with different working conditions (n represents different scenarios). E is the impact energy value obtained during the sample test, with the unit of Joules (J); K is the coefficient, where commonly used values are K₁=0.4, K₂=1.15, K₃=4.3, with the unit of J/kg; F is the maximum static load specified by the hub manufacturer, with the unit of Kilograms (kg). After obtaining the E value through testing, the rim deformation of the hub is measured. If the third measured deformation amount is ≥0.25 mm and <0.45 mm, the hub is classified as an excellent hub and designated for the first-level market; if the third measured deformation amount is ≥0.45 mm and <0.75 mm, the hub is a general hub and designated for the second-level market; if ≥0.75 mm and <1 mm, the hub is a qualified hub and designated for the third-level market; if the third measured deformation amount exceeds 1 mm, the hub is unqualified and deemed scrapped. 4. Through the analysis and judgment of the test data, it can be determined whether the hub meets the standard of GB/T 38183-2019, providing data references for consumers.
