A. Disease list enrichment P-values used to generate heatmap (figure 5a). B. This is a dataframe containing, for each gene in the adult onset ND gene set, and for 12 GTEx CNS regions, the correlation and associated P-value. This table does not contain all of the values of the random matched gene lists, but would be sufficient to plot the blue 'target gene set’ curve.
