Residents park areas Hamburg

This service shows Hamburg’s Resident Park Areas (BWP). BWPs are broadly uniform parking management areas divided into zones where residents are privileged. For this purpose, they can apply for a resident parking card or for their guests visitor parking cards (see here https://serviceportal.hamburg.de/HamburgGateway/Service/Entry/BPARKEN2). The management is usually monetary + time (via parking fees with parking ticket or mobile phone parking in conjunction with maximum parking duration), rarely only on a time basis (via a fixed maximum parking time with parking disk). Holders of residents/visitor parking cards are exempt from these rules. Specific management rules apply in some areas. There, for example, a day ticket can be purchased, or there is a maximum parking period for everyone.本服务展示汉堡市居民公园停车区（Resident Park Areas，缩写BWP）。BWP为大体统一的停车管理片区，按区域划分并赋予居民停车优先权。符合条件的居民可申请居民停车卡，或为其访客申请访客停车卡（申请渠道详见https://serviceportal.hamburg.de/HamburgGateway/Service/Entry/BPARKEN2）。 此类停车管理通常结合收费与时长限制（通过停车券或手机停车缴费，并设置最长停放时长），极少数仅采用纯时长限制模式（通过固定最长停放时长结合停车牌管理）。持有居民/访客停车卡的车辆可豁免上述管理规则。 部分片区设有专属管理规则，例如可购买日间停车票，或对所有车辆设置统一的最长停放时限。
