Proteomics dataset of Lotus japonicus hemoglobin mutants [Dataset]

This dataset includes the proteomics analyses of three mutants of the model legume Lotus japonicus. The mutants are knock-outs of hemoglobin 1-1 (glb1), hemoglobin 2 -1 (glb2), and the double mutant glb1/glb2. The mutants were initially obtained from the LORE1 collection (Aarhus University, Denmark). The proteomics data of the mutants are expressed with respect to the values of the wild-type plants.
