Data and R script (Associating the structure of Lepidoptera-plant interaction networks across clades and life stages to environmental gradients)

Supporting data and R codes that reproduce analyses and figures in the study "Associating the structure of Lepidoptera-plant interaction networks across clades and life stages to environmental gradients" by Ho et al. (2022 submitted to Journal of Biogeography). The data (as RDATA files) include datasets that contain the sorted properties of constructed Lepidoptera-plant networks, and of their randomised counterparts, which can then be analysed and visualised using the script. The script also contains the functions to perform network construction and randomisation, as well as the info for accessing raw data that is not authorised to be shared on the repository.
