Transcriptome sequencing of Pinus yunnanensis after nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization

The transcriptome of application of nitrogen and phosphorus rationing in seedlings of Pinus yunnanensis. 120d after fertilizer treatment (with N: 04g/per, P: 3g/per) started, seedling samples of T1(control, that is unfertilized) and T5 (fertilizer treatment) were selected to perform transcriptome sequencing. The fresh needles are used to sequencing samples.
