The objective of the Statistics on the creation and death of enterprises is to quantify the number of enterprises and establishments that are created and destroyed over time, according to the different economic sectors, territorial areas and other characteristics of these units, such as legal personality or their size. This demographic information is obtained directly from the Directory of Economic Activities, allowing to obtain survival rates and mortality over time.企业创立与消亡统计的目标为：依据不同经济行业、地域范围以及企业及经营单位的其他特征（如法人资格或经营规模），量化随时间推移新增与消亡的企业及经营单位数量。此类企业人口统计数据直接取自经济活动名录库（Directory of Economic Activities），可用于测算随时间推移的企业存活率与消亡率。
