Complaints about building specialists

The dataset shall include information on closed complaints received by construction specialists. 1.2. The dataset shall contain the following data: 1.2.1. The year and month for which the data are collected; 1.2.2. The certifying authority to which the complaint is addressed; 1.2.3. The name of the sphere of activity complained of; 1.2.4. The unique code of the building specialist, which is obtained by using a mixing function; 1.2.5.
