We isolated RNA from whole spleens of mice challenged with B. melitensis, some of which were vaccinated prior to infection. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis spleens from C57BL/6J mice after two weeks of challenge with Brucella melitensis. Mice also received PBS or the S19 vaccine four weeks prior to challenge.
