Spatial and temporal modulation in time-domain diffuse optical tomography: Experimental Dataset and MATLAB Code for Visualization

This dataset contains time-domain diffuse optical tomography (TD-DOT) measurements obtained using Hadamard pattern illumination and detection, including experimental time-domain data and corresponding frequency-domain converted data. A MATLAB script is provided for visualizing the Hadamard patterns and data, as well as for reconstructing the 3D maps of differential optical properties.

This release (v2.0) extends the previous version (v1.0), which contained simulation-based datasets and corresponding reconstructions, by introducing experimentally acquired measurements from tissue-mimicking phantoms and reconstructed optical property maps using those.
