Partial alignment among genomes of the coronaviruses RaTG13 and SARS-CoV-2 (accession numbers are available in Table 1) and the nucleotide sequence of BtCoV/4991 (Genbank KP876546.1) [21]. The polypeptide sequence is reported under the nucleotide sequences. Alignment of the nucleotide sequences is shown until the end of motif C [24] (red). Cyan, polymorphisms between BtCoV/4991 and SARS-CoV-2; bold: codon responsible of the amino acid substitution H-to-Y occurring between RaTG13 and SARS-CoV-2 (in cyan); green: interacting residues of the palm domain according with Gao et al. [24].

本数据集包含冠状病毒RaTG13、严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-2,登录号(accession numbers)见表1)以及BtCoV/4991的核苷酸序列(基因银行(GenBank)登录号KP876546.1)[21]的部分基因组序列比对结果。多肽序列附于核苷酸序列下方进行展示。核苷酸序列比对结果展示至基序(motif)C的末端,该基序以红色标注[24]。青色代表BtCoV/4991与SARS-CoV-2之间的多态性位点;加粗字体标注了RaTG13与SARS-CoV-2之间发生H→Y氨基酸替换(amino acid substitution)所对应的密码子(codon),该位点已以青色标注;绿色标注依据Gao等[24]的研究结果确定的棕榈结构域(palm domain)相互作用残基。
